I ordered a sample of their white bottle and they told me I had to pay for the mold and the shipping to me. the mold alone was 80 USD. when product was received it was a grayish white not a true white color, it’s also a very Matt finish. I asked them when they produce my custom order could they make my jar more white in color they said no. I did not receive reimbursement of the mold cost that. can’t use and a lot of wasted time.
